So these here are my altered designs for the second and third command members of the Shadowbolts, who are part of the show. Some background/headcanon about them

Flint Fire

On the right is Flint Fire, an aggressive bat-pony stallion with a horse's skull for a cutie mark. He is the second command to Nightshade , while also being her current boyfriend. They're in a toxic relationship filled with violence, fake love, and lust. He was born into a stable family, but as bat ponies in a pegasus village, he was outcasted with his brother (left) and left alone to die. They lived in the Everfree Forest for about five years, which slowly drove them insane. Flint kept a partly sane mind, but was still corrupted nonetheless. As a teenager, he met Nightshade/Amnesia and formed an alliance with her, which extended to his brother as well. Together, they raided Flint's hometown, lighting houses on fire and destroying their food and water supplies. There were casualties in this raid, and he and Nightshade eventually formed the Shadowbolts, which was a night patrol that eliminated "sinners" from Equestria. Flint's not normal, but he hasn't completely lost it. He's just holding a major grudge and wants justice.

Side Notes
-Flint has two different colored eyes, a trait his mother had and that is most commonly seen in batponies
-He uses his eyes to get what he wants- facing someone with the left side (blue) of his face to appear friendly, or facing someone with his right side (purple) to appear threatening since there's a huge contrast in expression based on his eyes
-His cutie mark appeared very late (later than the CMC), on the day he raided his village
-If you cover half of his face to show only one eye at a time his expression is different
-He's a heavy flyer. It takes him a while to get off the ground, but once he's up, he's a very powerful flyer and his wings make huge gusts of air that cause trees to shake below

Blueberry Blaze (Blazer)

Blazer (left) is the younger brother of Flint Fire, who has been considered irrelevant for all of his life. He's been madly in love with Nightshade since Flint introduced her to him, but Night is a major tease, so she lead him on only to crush him. This relationship is ongoing with them, and Blaze falls for it every time. He absolutely despises his name and only refers to Blaze or Blazer-if anyone calls him Blueberry or any sort of rendition to it, he'll lose it. Even though he's the younger brother, if he stands straight he's much taller than Flint. He has a bat's wing for a cutie mark, which represents his ability to fly. He's skinny and slim, causing him to be an agile and fast flyer. While Flint has a partly sane mind, knowing his morals, Blazer's set on one belief. He's ecstatic and hyper, always ready to do damage, and he's somewhat of a blind follower, doing everything Nightshade will say without question. He and his brother both hold a grudge, but Blazer is much more dangerous in the sense that he can't control his feelings or insanity so he's extremely aggressive.

Side Notes
-Blazer's eyes are both blue
-The stripes in his hair are not natural, but dyed to look like his brother's. He mimics a lot of what Flint does in order to look and be more like him, in hopes of getting the girl
-He's never been kissed
-All he has to do is flap to get off the ground
-He has longer wings but Flint's are thicker
-He and Flint got their cutie marks at the same time

Side Notes On The Shadowbolts

-They have attacked the Wonderbolts more than once
-They worked with Nightmare Moon, which resulted in their permanent banishment
-As current pirates, they hunt hippogryphs who have chosen not to live on land and force them to give up their magical necklaces
-There are five total members of the Shadowbolts, but possibly one on the way
-Had they been around for the attack of Tirek, they would have worked with Equestria to stop him (they're not all bad)
-Since they never got the chance to be reformed, they're planning an attack once they have enough of the hippogryph's magic to transform into something extraordinarily powerful
