She was blessed by Suicune due to her kind heart and willingness to help her brother but if Suicune knew her true nature he would probably not have had done that.

In her younger age she enjoyed bullying Bianca and force her to do things. Despite Bianca being too naive to notice it, June loathed her. That she was the one Rayli had her eyes on and not June.
