For those who don't, he is the father Rogue. The man who started the entire Nero Bio-Weapon Program. Who eventually became subject to his own tests after the betrayal of Maryland Yu.

He is a Grand Fighter. Master of the Deadly Venoms. A Flashy Water Manipulator. And a Merc for Hire. His Kill Count continues to this day.

He is a father to few, he is a brother to many, a friendly face to all, but the Love to only one. His Heart, Kokoro Motou.

He is simply known as, 13.

I could spend all day giving flashy words to describe this amazing OC of mine. I could tell stories of the greatest event that took place between himself and the friends and family he has made.

But sadly, that would take far too long to explain to one who is just tuning in.

It was a blast from the past to be able to draw him again. He's come such a long way since that first application, that ridiculous Meme and his first battle with Lilly.

Such great times that were to be had back then. And nothing has ever been able to compare since.
