Weapon: Bow w/ glowing green arrows made of energy, capable of piercing through opponents. The longer he charges an arrow, the more energy he puts into it and the more powerful the shot.
3 seconds - arrow penetrate's the opponent's skin, acts as a regular arrow.
10 seconds - arrow capable of flying straight through an opponent's body, leaving behind a wound the size of a quarter.
20 seconds - arrow shot is powerful and capable of removing limbs if aimed correctly. wounds the size of a fist are possible.
Cool-down time of 2.5x the amount of time taken to charge the initial shot.
Only makes use of his larger (20sec) shot if he's sure he can make it count, but otherwise doesn't typically use it due to the amount of energy it drains and the time it takes to charge and cool-down. 
He is relatively slow and careful with his aim, not wanting to waste a shot - especially so when the shot is of a larger charge.

As the crane fled the area, Xerxes watched on as it flew overhead towards a new place to rest its wings. Once it was gone from his sight, he returned his gaze to the girl sitting upon the rock ahead of him. If he wasn’t wrong, he thought he detected a bit of disappointment in her face. Perhaps she had enjoyed watching the crane’s attempts at fishing in the lake. He slowly straightened his legs as he rose to his full height. It was about time he stop creeping on her and just say something, anything, to engage in conversation. He needed to get over his nervousness. But how did he approach her without startling or unsettling her? He didn’t want her to suspect his stalker-like behavior. That would make things… awkward, to say the least. How could he make his presence known without so suddenly popping out of the bushes, or making himself seem suspicious? How did socialization even work? He had no clue.

After some careful deliberation, he finally decided on an introduction. He took a deep breath as he prepared himself mentally for the human interaction that was to come, and after a moment of preparation he stepped slowly and cautiously out from his place behind the tree. A few steps forward and he was standing near the water’s edge, though not so close that he could mistakenly fall in. He was enough of a distance from her that he couldn’t reach out and touch her, but wasn’t particularly far from her position and could be seen clearly from where she was sitting. At first, he avoided making any sort of eye contact and instead glued his eyes to the water. But after several painfully awkward and silent seconds, he finally allowed his gaze to meet her form and it was then that he made his attempt at beginning a casual conversation with the other Virus. Slowly, he opened his mouth and painstakingly formed words to catch her attention. He had thought long and hard about what he would say to her, and now came the time to speak them: “…Um, hi. You like cranes?”
