The colors compliment each other well, with the majority being more warm, and easily complimented by the addition of cool colors. The drawing itself is very good, with good shading, linework, etc. Overall, it's very clean and well done. As for the clothes, eyes, etc., those look quite nice as well. While somewhat simple, it does nothing to degrade the quality of the drawing, most likely due to the style not being hyper realistic. The style itself is part of what makes it work, with the colors drawing attention from the eye. Finally, while artists always have some slight flaws, there don't seem to be any that degrade the artwork.
