Mea culpa, I played in Warcraft III only without WoW and I knew that Sylvanas is leader of Forsaken. Now, I checked the WoW-Wiki and I found: "(...) became the founder of the Forsaken faction of undead , who are allied with theHorde ." So right, she is'nt from the Horde but your title "Alliance vs Horde" is correct - she's ally of the Horde.
So the photo is perfect
