It didn't take long for Reddit detectives to deduce that the large woman in the headline photograph was the infamous FitFiona, the toxic fitness influencer who used to post hot take stitch content ridiculing the plus-size community.

Now, every health and wellness content creator was taking turns making stitch content about her.

"Whatever you think of FitFiona, the important thing is that there are serious risks to taking medication that has not been tested or approved by the FDA.
