I absolutely love this! The pairing of this horse and background stock is brilliant. I absolutely love the way the horse looks as if he is climbing up the steep hill. Works so well together. Not to mention that the mane and tail are drool worthy.

First off, the setting. I adore forest backgrounds because they always seem to apply some form of mystery to a manipulation. This background just perfect adapts to the situation and mood you wanted to create.
Next, the hair. I could rave and rave and rave about this, but oh lordy, it's just too beautiful for words. It looks edgy, honestly, and flows with the movement of the horse's pose.
Finally, everything in general is just exquisite. The energy of the manip feels very ominous, which is what you were trying to go for – and succeeded in capturing. :3 I love, love, love this!
