Yes, she does have that tough look. Know what though? I almost always find that the hardest of women tend to have the most delicate nature of all once you get past that exterior.
Sometimes it comes out when thrown a random act of kindness. Kinda like playing tug-o-war with someone then letting go of the rope. That hardness is something we need sometimes to protect ourselves emotionally.

she does have a FEW random acts of kindness every now and then. i only wish i could see her from a stranger's eyes. not know anything about her and be able to judge with an open mind. she's quite a lady if i say so myself.
