Those are the Phantomhive Twins. One of them is the "fake" ciel phantomhive we know throughout Black Butler. The other one is the "real" ciel phantomhive, who was just introduced. In the chapter 130, they confirm the twin-ciel theory.

its not because i want to copy you and color mange the wrong way (like that copy cat thing-o) it's because i'm not the best at coloring, i'm ok at drawing and adding some color might make it look better?
