INFECTOR
From a human gene-pool point of view, to develop tentacles or gigantic size is more common than the chance to develop the metabolism of an infector. This creature has evolved to come into a symbiotic relationship with different type of fungi which protect it and feed it directly through its skin. An infector may have two arms or two legs... but can never be mistaken for a human.
