I'd say this quote could also be said to Amy at her last farewell in S07E05... Except nobody could manage to say it out loud, but I'd say it's definitely the Doctor's best wish to her. Everyone's best wish.
So here's Karen Gillan as Amy Pond, great character. The moment I planned on drawing her I knew I would use bright oranges and yellows, the colors that remind me of brilliant sunflowers.

Your Dr. Who art collection is to die for. I just love how very closely alike they are to the real people and the colors you've chosen for each character, but this and that of Rose are my definite favorites.
