Stiiiiill fighting the art block. My lame excuse for a lame picture : D I got better ideas at some point, but it was already half done. NEXT TIME THEN.Also, I wanted to draw that outfit. It's ridiculous. In some sort of good way.

I've only seen the show once or twice, and it was quite... over the top...
The way you draw this character makes him seem more sane than he looks in the show. From what I've seen, he usually looks all nervous and paranoid... here he looks very confident.
