Lovely! You've got a beautiful mermaid and the seagull is all sorts of adorable. What most fascinates me, though, is the water: with shading, you managed to be tremendously effective in selling the illusion of her body being half-submerged without cheating and making the water opaque. Well-done, and thanks for sharing this.

This is a really good little sketch/drawing. the perspective where the tail hits the water the second time is a little weird, but I love the detail on the rocks as well as the little scale details along her shoulders. (good looking seagull too))
