Una cabeza de caballo, que cuelga de las ramas de los arboles, sus relinchos son aterradores y los que la llegan a ver pueden caer enfermos.Creature from japanese folklore. A grisly horse's head that dangles in the branches of a nettle tree, its baleful whinnies are terrifying, and those that see it sometimes fall ill.

I forget the name, though there is another in Japanese Folklore similar to this.. It's a horse's leg which hangs from trees and kicks travelers that pass by.

Indeed it is. I'm quite a fan of Japanese Mythology. Though I think it would be nice to look into Romanian folklore a bit.
