Description I'll scrap this later once I'm done with the lineart. Yes, I realize the girl is kinda off a bit and the levels don't exactly match. But other than that they're the exact size relative to one-another. Which is pretty good considering they were all drawn on separate pages and then pasted together with no size-editing shit.

I'm starting to get into a real Naruto OC mood. Meh! I shouldn't be calling them OCs. It doesn't feel right. I mean, sure their designs and histories are original, but they're based off someone else's story. So what to call them? Just fan characters?

Anyways, off to stats (from left to right):

Mana Majid
Age: 15
Strengths: Can perform genjutsu without eye-contact. Speaks through telepathy.
Weaknesses: Has to know person's whereabouts to perform genjutsu or speak to them telepathically. Very weak against genjutsu. Cannot eat solid food, must eat through a straw or in very small pieces. Can't talk.
Background: Mana is part of the main branch of the Majid clan, the daughter of the family head. Because of her weakness in genjutsu, she was paired with two people practically impervious to the style. At age 14, after being with the team for a few years, Mana discovered a forbidden technique developed by her clan which would greatly increase her genjutsu ability, something her clan is known for being terribly weak at and against. But in order to perform the jutsu, she had to first sew her own mouth shut. The jutsu took away her ability to speak and permanently sealed the stitches, making it impossible to open her mouth more than half a centimeter. This being a forbidden jutsu, she was soon alienated from her family. But before she could be punished for her actions, Tsuchi decided their team would run from Iwagakure.
Other: Her telepathic ability makes it possible for the team to communicate easily. Tsuchi will say something, then Mana will instantly relate it into Shin's mind.

Tsuchi Muyo
Age: 15
Strengths: Earth-style ninjutsu; uses this to help locate enemies. Feels the vibrations through the earth. Impervious to sight-dependant genjutsu.
Weaknesses: Cannot see. Not very strong in genjutsu.
Background: Just after Tsuchi joined the academy, a rogue ninja bent on revenge gruesomely murdered Tsuchi's parents right before his eyes. Immediately after witnessing this Tsuchi gouged out his own eyes with a kunai. He then grew to rely on his other senses. A while after the horrific event he started training using earth-style jutsu and, using it, began to recognize the subtle vibrations objects give off when they touch the ground. This is his way of "seeing." Before joining with Mana and Shin, Tsuchi received the blood-red tattoos on his cheeks. These are to symbolize the bloody tears revenge sheds. After Mana performed her forbidden jutsu, Tsuchi ordered his team to run from Iwagakure, becoming rogue nins in a sense.

Shin Majid
Age: 16
Skills: Main skills are in taijutsu, average at ninjutsu. Excellent vision. Except those performed by bloodline limits and special techniques (like scrolls, summonings, etc.), can see through basically all genjutsu.
Weaknesses: Cannot hear. Lazy. Performing genjutsu.
Background: Distantly related to Mana, a lower branch of the same clan. While still in the academy, Shin performed a jutsu he developed which would increase his defense against genjutsu. Unfortunately something went wrong. Shin gained a near impenetrable defense against genjutsu, but lost all sense of hearing because of it. Due to this ability, he was paired with Mana and Shin. After Mana's forbidden jutsu, Shin was reluctant to leave Iwagakure but he eventually agreed. Before they left, Shin left his hitai-ate at home so that his parents would have something to remember him by. Tsuchi later chewed him out for making such a stupid mistake. The village used the hitai-ate to track the three. They have been constantly on the run ever since.
Other: Wears eyeliner. Came up with the team's name. Idol is Deidara.

And that's it. According to an online dictionary I found, "Shintai shoogaisha" means handicapped. But that seemed too long. So I just went with "shoogai" (obstacle/hurdle/barrier) as the team's name.

The shoe's are my own design. I figured, since they lived in Iwagakure, they should wear something like hiking boots.

Speak No Evil, See No Evil, Hear No Evil.

Or:

Tommy split into three parts, none of which is a Pinball Wizzard.

XD;;;;;;

*luffles them* Such complex and intricate characters, woven together in a seamless tapestry. I myself am only a mild Narutard (stopped at like ep. 117 before I got bored), but I am in awe of your character-weaving skills. Much luffles for Team Shoogai. <3 XD

Get the first one, don't understand the second. But you're dead on with the theme behind their inabilities.

Thank you. Even a mild Narutard is still a Narutard. Be proud! Y'know, I'm kinda wondering where Narutard came from?

If you don't get the second you must not be very hot on oldies rock operas. ~.^ The Who made a movie called Tommy, which was basically a rock opera of their album of the same title. It was odd, trippy, messed, drugged up at times, and utterly, completely AWESOME. Can't remember the guitarist's/singer's name, but he was the star of the film, and OH MY GOD HE WAS SO HOT. XD

I can't be proud...every time I say the words "I've," "watched," and "Naruto" in the same sentence, the response is, "ZOMG HAVE YOU SEEN THE NEW SHIPPUDEN?" And I'm sick of having to say, "NO I HAVEN'T EVEN SEEN THE SASUKE/NARUTO FIGHT, LEAVE ME ALONE." The whole thing's been spoiled for my anyway. T_T

You'd be right--I'm not very familiar with old rock operas. But that definitly sounds cool.

Well, at least you can be a proud Fullmetal Fan!
