Based off the Automatic song "Seriously...I Hate You Guys". Which is an awesome song.

I reworked an old character I had into a High Council Member of Hell for Without Void because I needed more of them.

Lai has two left feet and a tendency to trip over himself, hurt himself, and those around him on accident. He's pretty powerful in the idea that it takes very little to no effort for him to cast a spell, but on the other hand, if he had to put a little more effort into it he probably wouldn't misfire so damn much. He is sort of like the giant that doesn't know his own strength, except with spells. He'll set your hand on fire shaking it.

Naturally, people keep their distance from him most of the time. Even other Council Members who usually can protect themselves leave him alone - they'd just rather not deal with it. It makes him a bit of an outcast, and he's not entirely oblivious to it. He sometimes tries to make up for it which usually ends up in disaster too.

I'm sure when he sneezes he casts random spells.

Due to certain events, he eventually gets cast out of the High Council for good and has to fend for himself.

It's pronounced Lay. Like the potato chip.
