Bat are one of the strongest and most enduring mammals on the planet, pound for pound. A 200 pound six foot 2 bat would have the strenght to rip an adult human to bits without even stretching first, and probably wouldn't feel his weight while flying.
He looks like he has a chick on his shoulder and his gesturing his friends with the other hand like : Is she hot or WHAT^^
Personnaly, I really like this creature and your rendition, but I can't help but think that evolution his lazy, before growing membranes like this on his legs, he would have definitivly had webbing on his toes, especially a bat. Anatomicly speaking, a bat's wings are his hands stretched out, I figure the feet would undergo a similar process for the reason you've given, assuring inflight stability. Also, there needs to be more bones in his wings, no way this thin translucide membrane can support the weight of such a creature without some kind of support, the wings could also reach as down as his knees for where it is attached to the body.
Again, great creature ^^ Would hate to see these things flying around my house, but nice creature ^^
