Description This actually has a little story to it.

I had the luxury to attend Everfree Northwest this year. My first con ever actually! There were a lot of good artist vendors, musicians for Ponystock, and cool mlp events. Then there was the staff! Unfortunately I have this thing where I don't care for autographs and hate asking strangers for photos so a friend told me why don't I draw something for them. Perfect! It's like reverse autograph! So I decided on a pencil drawing because I didn't have time to paint or print it out. Besides a hand drawn pencil work seemed more personal. Anyway I finished during the closing ceremonies on day 3 after having bumped into Andrea Libman and Peter New twice with my unfinished drawing. It was like the universe was taunting me on my procrastination and slowness. I walked on over to my train feeling rather defeated. Here I had my finished art for Andrea but totally blew my several chances to hand it over!

As fate would have it a handful of the show staff rode the very same train car as me back into downtown Seattle... after I realized this I asked Sabrina (Sibsy) if it was okay if I could give Andrea a drawing I had made for her (she was closest to me). I assured them I wasn't fishing for an autograph or a picture. A woman (Andrea's assistant I guess) told me to hand it to her in a sort of "hey fan don't bother the actors" way. I understood. I was basically trying my hardest not to go full nerd on them flipping out about how awesome I think they are and how I appreciate their work the whole time. Honestly I was just relieved I could finally gift away my art I put my heart into all day. It was totally enough for me that I handed it to them.

It seems Andrea was too kind and came over to give me a big hug! More than I asked for but it was nice. Nothing makes me happier than my artwork making others smile! Getting a hug from the real Pinkie Pie was an added bonus! What a wonderful way to start art college than to have my work praised by the voice behind the characters I depicted!

Well here it is. I took a snapshot before handing it away. Just thought it was a very interesting story (which is quite rare for my work).

Enjoy~

That is a lovely story. I'm glad in the end you were actually able to give it to her.

And it is quite a magnificent drawing at that! Well done!

You know, I was thinking of getting you something for your (our) birthday, but I don't think I could top Pinkie Pie hugs no matter how hard I tried.
