A decent work. Only downside is the way you presented them. They all seem to be the same height!

That would be because these were all individually drawn images that I put together in Photoshop for the simple reason of being able to view the whole set at once. I did not take the time to scale them all because it did not seem important when the focus is on the dresses.

Did you forget Cinder or do you consider her a queen, thus making her ineligible for the Princess Collection?

Cinder was not forgotten. Like Glynda and any other adult female RWBY characters she will hopefully appear in a queens set. Neo is only in this set because her age is so incredibly ambiguous but her size would lead me to believe she's young.
