Description
This is probably the prettiest my coloring will ever get.
Anyway! This is part of a storybook idea I have for art class - lots of sun and moon symbolism and features my characters Charlotte and Andy.
Before there was April, May, or June, there was only the sweet song of the sun and the moon.
The sun, he was bright and welcomed the sky; the moon, she would smile, gaze down, and sigh.
Never were they supposed to meet, their gentle hands never to greet-
to touch-
to hold-
But, lo! one night, while the moon shone, admiring the stars that she had sewn,
The sun did gently say, “Good lady, have you seen the day?”
She started and replied, “Nay, my good man,” and turned to hide.

Much more to come!
