Game of Thrones appreciation aside, this is a lovely piece. You say that your scanner killed your soft technique, but I think it is still very subtle and beautiful. The shading on the faces is wonderful, and I really like the care you took with your pencil strokes. The textures you created are careful and planned. I just really like this piece. Thank you for sharing!

They both look gorgeous in profile view, I love how you color the hair too

Due to my bad scanner the colors are awful here. In real life Ygritte's hair is pale strawberry red, not orange, and the faces and background are warm and soft
