The probably want more traffic on their website, so more people check updates there. Plus people who pay for ads to be put up usually stick around only if their ad gets clicked and their site gets hits, if theyre not getting enough hits they wont pay akreon/tanathe again

Raigho is just being a wise leader, not a jerk. He gave Gebo a choice to leave or stay, and he chose leave. But any sensible leader would be hesitant to let an outcast back into the pack without a good reason. Thankfully Gebo has a good reason. But Raigho won't be too happy to find out the humans are chasing Gebo.
My point is, Raigho is being a good leader. Gebo's an outcast. Gebo will most likely be let back into the pack because the old pack was killed and he has no where else to go.

One thing that always irks me about wolf packs I see made, "You leave you're exiled" which... isn't true at all in the wild. -rolls eyes- too cliche.

What's true in the wild is that if you act like a stupid wolf, you'll get killed or driven out and likely killed if you come back.
Actually, in real wolf packs, there are just the parents, their children and maybe a sibling of the parents or older children. So Othala's pack sounds quite unrealistic as does Raigho's pack. When strange wolves want to join the pack, it's like a stranger knocking at your family door saying "hey, can I crash here?" No, stranger wolves have to keep coming back, making offerings, submitting to the pack members before they are accepted, and even then they have to step carefully. So Raigho and Gebo being a part of the pack is unrealistic too.
Just saying, there's a lot of unrealistic things in this comic, but being driven out isn't that unrealistic at all. Regardless a totally realistic pack would be boring. I'm not advocating for flying sparkledogs with cliched characters, but a little anthropomorphism is acceptable. :3

Why is Raigho getting so much hate? He's just acting as any alpha would, and he DID give Gebo a choice to leave the pack. Wolf pack leaders are harsh in real life, so the comic creators just interpreted that into the comic. He IS acting a bit rash, but he's under a lot of stress - and technically, Gebo isn't a pack member anymore. He has every right to be cautious and angry.
Anyway, these two pages are just beautiful. The expressions and detail are just stunning, I can't believe how well you both draw wolves. Can't wait for more! This is probably the only wolf comic out there worth reading xD

I don't know how Raigho is going to handle the fact that Gebo lead the humans straight back to them. He predicted the killing of Othala's pack, I think he's going to be able to predict Seven following them. I'd totally understand if he were pissed at Gebo for that.

Very great new page. The bodylanguage is done just damn well again. I like the way you did Fehu and Gebo and their hug. You can see Fehus emotions out of it. Fehu is a really nice and caring uncle and even if he and Gebo were just seperated for a few hours, they have really missed. Very nice New page. I think that Gebo will give Raigho a good reason why he came back and about what has happened.
