You may have found out already but it was Puppet Warp I believe. You can add pins which were those round dots.

I'd love to see you do this just using MS Paint - it would be an interesting challenge.
One question though, do you use a reference when painting the textures? Because they seem super accurate but as far as I can tell you don't.
