It is said that there is still a civilisation in the galaxy which is feared even by supporters of the Signal. It is one of the oldest, perhaps not even from these places, some believe that it is responsible for the emergence of life as such here. Its people have changed beyond recognition over the past millions of years.

They are believed to have been among the first to master prana and siddhi. Forming a symbiosis with artificially bred plants brought their "magical" skills to a virtually unreachable level... as did their intelligence, whose motives have proven impossible to comprehend even by other space races.

The Committee believes that they, too, have visited Earth. It is they who have been associated with alves, elves, forest spirits and other natural beasts. But it seems that unlike the Axis, Initiative, and Generations, they have not shown any direct interest in our planet. The bosses are glad of that, since there are not very good rumors about their strange manifestations of aggression and peculiar expansion.
