Lovely mood to it, it's very different from the usual Bryce work I've seen. The ruins and lighting look fantastic. The tree looks unnatural due to the weird angles of its branches, but perhaps you could pass it off as an intricate stone sculpture made by the atlanticans, hence the reason why it hasn't decayed

i quite like it, not that MY opinion matters, although, i can say that the arguments against YOU have much more backing then that of your own, in that you DO sound like a 12 year old, or perhaps a hating the world 16 year old. Beautiful. The scene looks calm, silent, and peaceful. I'd love to see more of this scene, unluckily the water seems to block most of the view

Well done man. I like the texturing and depth on this. However, the tree seems a bit 90 degrees yeah? Smooth it out a bit. But the total effect it great. I like the idea that you decided to put this in swallow water, as the light comes from above. Well, I assume this is in water as it's Atlantis
If I had done this I'd have used a lightsource similar to a submergeable.

Indeed. Now that you've pointed out that tree, I'm debating whether or not it should stay, or be replaced by ruins. I mean, Atlantis has been underwater for bajillions of years, why the heck would there be a random TREE there? lol.
The underwater effect also admittedly needs some work. I'll probably resubmit this one with said changes.
