The Terror Riders of the Scutari Empire, is a direct counter to the Pegasi Riders and Dragon Riders of the allies. After suffering many heavy embarrassments to the Angel Pegasi Riders and Pyro Dragon Riders, the Scutari Army set about to find a suitable creature from their vast Empire you control and use as a mount. They first appeared on the front against a Radian outpost. While the Radians survived the encounter, they were forced to abandon the outpost to the Scutari, until the heavy hitting Pyros can take it back. The Scutari use these strange and unknown creatures to carry a single rider with a heavy weapon high above the field bringing heavy firepower and high speed. The creatures themselves are powerful predators, and under heavy control of the Scutari, their savageness is enough to make a the more docile and smarter Space Dragons hesitate before engaging them in battle. Pegasi Riders easily shy away from such powerful predators, much to the annoyance of the Hoplite Riders, as their mounts would rather not charge face first into a vicious predator. It is reason to believe that the Scutari have been heavily inspired by the Dragon Riders of the Pyro Empire, but according to recent hacking into the Scutari Network, the Scutari accused the Skylark Colony for stealing their idea, and must be held account in a court of law, once they eventually win the war... if they can win that is.
