I think in terms of rain, I've improved alot since that last time I made rain X3
Photoshop does help alot, just have to keep an eye out for ways to combine pens, tools and effects~

This was based on an actual day, funnily x3
Me and Seph were spending the day together in another city, however it was pouring like crazy. We both got soaked...well, Seph was okay cos he had a coat, I was boiling so, my head was very wet XDD
This was fun to do, though the sketch was done on the bus home o_o; (Very wobbly), Seph's character can be fun to work with besides my own~

This was also used on Smackjeeves for PMDT's 400 fans filler .
