(This is the same art as before but with the blue shifted to orange, to match her 70's anime color scheme. This one looks surprisingly good imo! Desc copy and pasted from og image)So a little while back I partook in an event called Cutie Honey Week on Tumblr where a bunch of artists (me included) drew art everyday for a week to celebrate Cutey Honey turning 50. I won't upload all the art pieces here (I'm not super proud of them ahaha) but I like this one a lot so it goes here.
One of the days was dedicated to redesigning a character so I decided to redesign Honey herself! Her design is pretty timeless as is, but I tried to imagine a more "modern" version of her. I think it's super cute and I love how it turned out!
