Decided to recreat TFP Solar for the new series coming out called transformers Robots in Disguise.ΒRelated content

Really? After so cool and fantastic desing.........Β I think TFP Solar is more perfect than that one. But that's only my thought...Β Actually I like TFP Solar because she was so sweet but this one is more warrior, even decepticonian...

I love Solar's TFP design. This one is a more vehicular design while the other one was more bird like. Though I can see how she seems more like a warrior. Β

just 2 questions :Β

I used Paintool SAI for this one.
1: I made a sketch of the picture on the first layer.
2: I added a layer and started drawing in the pieces and colored them in. (I used the airbrush tool with the opacity levels set to 100%)
3: The the piece/s I made I used the erase tool to sharpen corners and edges of them.
4: Eventually after about 50 layers of colored pieces made over the sketch, I make the sketch layer invisible.
5: Then i use the magic wand tool and select all , but the character itself.
6: Inverse the selection so it selects the WHOLE character.
7: make sure you add a layer above ALL the layers.
8: (Use the watercolor tool for this one) Pick a color like blue or yellow and color the side where the light is hitting most.
9: Using the Blur tool, blur out the edges of the coloring so it is smooth.:
10: Change the setting of that layer to "overlay" and change it's opacity to a lower level.
11: MAKING FOLDERS/GROUPS FOR COLORING, SHADING, SKETCHING, AND EFFECTS HELPS!!!

I love simple colors like this! It's complexity is minimized, but I only find that more intriguing. Amazing job, I love her already.

No problem. *smiles* I understand that you're not but maybe you could do livestream sometime when you're free. ^^ oh, and your character reminds me of Athena's lost sister or something. Maybe we should consider a new family for Solar in RID.
