I wish Lacus Clyne can be the Freedom Girl. Kira would be so happy...

It's very good, and I agree that it throws back to older (better?) times for the genre in general and Gundam in particular (It's just not the same now that Tomino likes mecha and is happy, not that I didn't love Overman, but...).
As for this, do you have any plans to do more MS Girls art in the future? I'd certainly like to see it, though I would contend that even with the weird SEED designs, you could retain more of the mechanical bits; the missing chest armour, in particular should at least remain in vestigial form. Maybe not as extreme as the Crossbone and Sazabi girls I see floating about on occasion, but maybe more like Akitaka's old F91 girl (Speaking of weird chests...). Well, that's my two bits on it anyway.
Superb work all around, though, especially your watercouloured works.

Awsome pic, the old school feel is a very nice touch. Really wish there were more mecha musume pics on this site.

Girls+Mechs+Big Guns= The most perfect combination in the world (at least in my pervert mind).

Well, MS girls are already icons back in the 80s'... Back then we find more of these girls on anime and hobby mags.

Well, today you can see a son is buying a Destiny while the father is going for a RX-78-2... It ain't so bad as it's not a grandpa-grandson thing yet.
It depends on whether the chest plates are able to blend into curvature state to go with the body curves. Sometimes, the MS parts are so exaggerated that artists have to bend them into something suitable. Take the Big Zam for example, it's walker ride for the MS girls.
About the old bailey... well, fingermens would find nothing but shards and rumbles there now. Freedom!
