An Artificial Pokemon, Magearna was created by a scientist 500 years ago. The Soul-Heart within its chest, created from the life energy from Pokemon, can perceive the emotions, thoughts and feelings of Pokemon, and it tries to help injured Pokemon because it can feel their pain. The Soul-Heart is its true self, the mechanical body is merely a vessel. When it is sad or sleeping, Magearna will withdraw its form, taking on the appearance of a Poke Ball. Magearna is the only known Pokemon that can learn the move Fleur Cannon.
