The leader of a local village in Peru, and the unintentional partner of Emperor Kuzco in a comical adventure. When Kuzco attempts to evict him in order to build a summer home in place of his village, Pacha is at first distraught, but sees opportunity when Kuzco, turned into a llama, is put in a vulnerable position. Together, they work their way across the Peruvian landscape in order to get Kuzco back to his palace and change him back, and along the way, Pacha manages to teach Kuzco that other people matter more than himself, and that a little kindness goes a long way.
