I kept the original Line art just in case I want to come back and re-color. Mwhahaha... -coughs- Ok, evilness gone.I guess it's time for the actual summary.
[WARNING, SPOILERS]
Sela Graham is a famous fashion designer of the Gothic Lolita line 'Black Rose.' The only problem was she was found dead in an alley early one morning. There appear to be no clues for the police to go on except for the one Dr. Derek Stiles and Nurse Angela Thompson discover on the way to Caduceus... a clue that cries and requires attention over 24 hours... Well, a baby would be a good lead.
Through all the caring and operations, a shadow begins to loom over Caduceus. Both become mixed up in an dangerous game and Angie about to fall prey as it creeps closer. Everyone will have to move fast to place this murderer behind bars without casualties. Why couldn't it just be GUILT?

Regardless, this is an awesome movie fanfic poster - if you want to call it that. I love the expressions and dark nature. It is very ominous and foreshadowing. I look forward to more of the story.

Apparently, Atlus will update the Japanese webpage but not the English one. Mleh I says! Unfortunately, they don't have a full portrait picture of Victor (only Derek, Angie and Nozomi) but at least it's something. And you get to hear his smexy Japanese voice too.
