On a strictly perspective aspect I think this is perfect. You got that triange and the rule of threes. The cute head and the two paws. What really sticks out to me after those eyes, is the fact that you got down to her level. To me it actually give's the whole thing a 3D effect, especially with her left paw extended a little more forward than the right paw.
And I just plain love black and white pic's.
If I could change one thing, I think that I would have given it a wee bit of a darker background. She would have stood out a little better. All in all a definite fav in my books.

Okay, I really must confess first that when I first saw this photo I wanted to just leave a comment like "DAWWW cute and fluffy kitty! I wanna take him home!"... but I feel that this deserves a fuller, more intelligent, critique. (But I still needed to get that out of my system)
I know for a fact how hard it is to take a photo of a cat, because if they're anything like mine they'll move and you end up with a blurry photo.
Not so in this case. This was executed extremely well. You captured his curious and playfull expression just at the right moment.
I also love how this is in black and white. To me, this kind of photography is timeless and appeals to a wider audience.
All in all, fantastic shot.

Those eyes, my goodness. They really gave me chills when I first saw them. The detail of her dark fur is amazing. Those paws are just adorable and look so soft.
However the high light/white makes the image seem blurred and not focused. Perhaps that is the effect you wanted so that the eyes could be the main focus, also that nose. Cute.
And the lines on the surface makes our eyes follow them up to the cute little girl. The whiskers, you can really see and even count them, which is a hard thing to capture without getting excess detail.
The paws are in the correct place where you can see her mouth and see that little smirk on her face.
You captured this moment marvelously.
