hello..!! okai as a start great choice in making it b&w and having the blood be in red...STANDS OUT..!! what could have added to the beauty and message of this pic would be if the lips were a bit darker, cz it common to see a smokers lips to be dark..another thing that i think would be better is if there was a strip of smoke coming from the end of the cigarette to show that it is in the present, as in the cigarette is lighted. overall the pic is amazing, and u have done an extremely wonderful job in sending out a message that many people are neglecting these days.

Quite powerful--the detail of the cracked lips, the positioning of the cigarette, the fact that you used something pretty viscous for blood so that it just...dangles. I normally am not a fan of highlighting one color and desaturating the rest, but it works so well here that I might have to change my opinion.

Thank you for this amazing concept which we really need to address to our society. Imagine in Australia they put these and even worse images on cigarette packets which has a significant impact on smokers. I wish that would happen in Dubai.
