I tried a completely different approach with this one. It's more like a painting than my previous pics, and I am very happy with it.
It's not a cat, or a dog, or a deer, although it's probably closest to a deer. I think it's more of a thing. This Thing has been popping up in my head every so often for the past few days and I thought it was high time to get rid of it. Well, get it out of my head at least.
Anyways this didn't take too long, maybe 3-4 hours. Enjoy!

oooo, wow. I love how the creature isn't a dog, deer, or cat; it seems to fit the strange world well. it does seem graceful, and curious, and a little bit sad.

This is your most commented work in you whole gallery. And I can see why! Its wonderful, your uses of color balance with browns, and the design is so sharp and intricate at this distance, it really adds something to the whole picture.
If this isn't enough proof already that you're a total pro., then you'll have to go see some specialist or something, because, well.... just look! Your art is AMAZING. sometimes it feels nice to tell yourself that.

It's since been developed into an actual deer with a long tail. But in this picture it is still an it.
I kind of like it because it reminds me what she used to look like. They're like two completely different creatures. One is the long-tailed deer and the other is whatever you want it to be. Maybe it is a horse. Who knows?
