Its ironic how this Alolan versions of Pokemon Can counter each other. Both Sandslash Can beat each other with stab moves (Ground to Steel and Ice to Ground). But Ninetales obliterates Alolan's version horribly . Unless it has a Water type move (most lilely, Water Pulse, that is common for full Ice types), there's no way to kill it lol.

Hmm you're right, but in the case of Sandlash it also gives it 2 huge weaknesses: Fire and Fight :/

XD for me it doesnt matter lol, Sandslash is one of my fav Pokemon from all time, So he's on my Alola team (normal or Alola XD) 100%.

Im wpndering if that Alola's Marowak will be Fire type tho. That would be cool for it

By the description of Alolan's Sandslash, is quite possible. The description says that by it's Steel spikes on it's back, is slower. So it's most likely it will happen. Oh, i heard of an Alolan version of Arcanine (Water) and Butterfree

Lol, of what i heard, it's an arcanine with blue fur instead of orange, the white fur is more bluer than before, and looks a bit fancy. Others say that this Arcanine has a tail like a mermaid, it's ears are like fins, abd also it has scales instead of fur. If this last one is, i would like it more, since it gives a vibe of a new version of the Pokemon, instead of just a reskin
