O crooked king, O crooked man,Do you not witness what I do?
Do you not listen to my wrath?
I'm toppling your towns and homes,
taking all your swords and soldiers.
Claiming them as you payment due.
A king of spoils and refusal,
but amounting to little else.
O twisted king, O twisted man,
Do you not accept what I do?
Do you not conceive any such guilt?
I'm eating all your kings and queens,
taking all your toys and children.
Throwing them at your crippled throne.
A king of thorns and broken heart,
but amounting to little else.
O heartless king! O heartless man!
Do you not accept what you are!
Do you not realize your new stand!
I've lit your fields and cattle farms,
taken all your food and kingdom!
Settled them as your penance now.
A man of drought and anguish,
shall amount to nothing else.
