Description
This is my entry for Sun-Tsu-Toriden's [link] contest.During their Honeymoon Vacation, Sokka tries to convince his lovely wife Toph to enter the water. She starts and laughs in surprise as a wave, bigger than the previous ones, splashes her.
I see this as an epilogue to my fancomic The Promise --> [link]

I hope you like how Sokka turned out, I don't swing that way but if I did...
Edit April 13 2008: In the original version Sokka's lips were too red, making him look like he was wearing lipstick. Fortunately I still have the layered version, so I changed his lips color.

I wasn't going for realism but more for Marvel-Hero-Type body, I'm more into symbolism than realism really. Reality doesn't like me anyway

Dude I like the picture but I really think that your putting too much detail into Sokka's as muscles. They stand out way too much from what they should. He looks a little like he's on steroids. I'm not trying to be negative but it was just a thought. But I really do like the picture toph looks amazing. Though I really wish you would ditch the loincloth on Sokka and get him some one trunks instead. It looks great anyway.
PS you still need to do the wedding comic.

I wasn't going for realism in Sokka, but my goal was to show Toph as more feminine with softer curves and les detail, and Sokka contrasting her with the detail in his musculature. This was also a study in male anatomy, so aye it is overly detailed but it was intentional.

Nay, I don't ship Tokka because Toph is only 12, but this is kind of an epilogue to my fancomic taking place 8 years after the Firelord is defeated.
Why do people automatically assume you support a particular ship from one fanart anyway
