i thought i would do something with a blue theme. i really wanted to do something that looked innocent i dont know if it does. i also wanted to do something that had more to the head like the head band. hope u like it and plz comment

glad u like it
i did the hair starting with a base colour then adding dark shading to the strands of hair. then i put lines in the direction of the hair getting lighter. then finally i did the shinie bits to make it shine
