It's absolutely gorgeous! All the colors you used work so well with each other, not conflicting at all but complimenting!
And the format is very elegant, elongating the figure and getting a piece of heaven and hell in the shot. Wonderful!

Thats utterly amazing, i love how it appears as if the characters body is almost made up of electricity. Id love to know how you created that effect.
The Fire lit night sky is also a wonderful contast to the central character.

It's beautiful... I love the color scheme, and the way the night sky fades into that apocolyptic fire is creepy. She looks so spectral.

there are many effects, actually.
I started off with a simple, very messy sketch. (The sketch is actually several months old. I loved it, but it was too messy to show to the general public.) I then used "negative image" on it, so that the pencil lines turned white and the background black. I then hilighted Zohariel with the "lighten RGB" tool. When I was finished hilighting, I colorized the image to a blue-purple.
At this point, I thought the image was done. I thought it looked too plain, though, so I thought I would add a touch of purple fire to the background. THEN I thought that I've been too monochromatic lately, so I figured red flames would contrast nicely with the cool-colored blue-purple Zohariel. I made a new layer and airbrushed red all over it, then smudged it to heck. I wanted to look as if the sky could be on fire, from the fire reflecting on the clouds, so i added those in too. The red looked lonely, so I added yellow-orange to some places, and also smudged that.
Then I figured if Zohariel was in all that fire, it would be reflecting on HER. So I added some red to her.
The stars were simply airbrushed dots, blurred.
