Well, hey! This was 100% the votes on my status post so... I'm gonna give it to ya hahaha.

I actually had a TON of fun creating these characters. I mean, what's intimidating about a pigeon? Maybe in a flock, but those little dorks are such harmless kids. I mean, even when you own one (particularly a male) as a pet it thinks you're the love of its life and practically you'll have to act like it's wife. And I mean, what a better way to make these little dorks of a gang more scary than to name them after different types of coffee and attempt to colour them as such? I MEAN, I'M SCARED TO DEATH! I also decided to research in the different types of pigeon breeds you can find out there and MAN are some of them actually quite interesting! Though, I definitely couldn't include all of them. I REALLY wanted to use the Silver Fantail though, cause that's just a pigeon being a peacock.

Yeah, the kiddos have stats too, so go on! Take your pic! And as always, I'll attempt of brief descriptions haha. Are their personalities based on their coffee, or are they based on something else? Who knows?

DESCRIPTIONS

Expresso
Gender - Male
Type - Your average Racing Pigeon

The level-headed, sometimes rather boring leader of the group who is often strict and can sometimes push the rest a bit over their own limits. However, it's all for the best. He loves to be on a schedule, and sleeps and wakes accordingly. This way, he gets really energised.

On the battlefield, he may not attack the greatest, but he definitely has the best speed and may have attacks that can strongly boost either the attack or special line. However, he's incredibly weak in the defences and can be often taken down after a few hits (maybe 4 or 5). He's also the only guy who wears anything other than a particular ornament of their choice, being clothes that were sewn together by his previous owner.

Macchiato
Gender - Male
Type - German Helmet Pigeon

One of the flashy show offs of the group. His family grew up near an area where they played music a lot, particularly snazzy jazz, so Macchiato has adapted to adoring the jazz-like genre. He often enjoys acting like a showstar, and can be quite the light-hearted kid. He often takes things by the light road, much to Expresso's dismay, and can get easily distracted. However, when in focus, he can be quite the bossy person, but a good kind of bossy, even exceeding Expresso's leadership skills sometimes.

On the field, he rivals Ristretto in terms of ATK, and can often give in a heavy punch. However, he is also very weak, sometimes even more so than Expresso, and can be finished quite easily. However, his duration and willingness to NEVER give up, something that was said to him since childhood, can often lead him to taking hits better, and can sometimes increase DEF too.

Mocha
Gender - Female
Type - Lahore Pigeon

The sweet kid of the group, Mocha loves to make everyone smile and hates it when people aren't happy. She's a very kind-hearted and motivational person who loves to cheer people up and listen to their problems. However, she is a very soft person, and can be easily pushed around by people who want to use her friendship for no good. She loves to forgive most people, but she's always aware of the ones that are beyond redemption. She is best friends with Affogato, but many speculate they could be more than just friends.

On the field, she's a very powerful special attacker and also very tanky, being able to take many hits just for her friends. She also has a lot of support, which can raise any stat for her and her friends.

Latte
Gender - Female
Type - Saxon Fairy Swallow Pigeon

Latte is very similar to Macchiato, and enjoys taking things on the light road. She also loves jazz, but only the very slow kind. She loves acting like a posh lady from the highest of places, but she is never afraid of getting any of her feathers dirty. Again, like Macchiato, when serious she can do extremely well, but she does not lead people around. She is adamant about anything, and will get what she wants no matter what the cost, but she also loves to drag the others in to help her, which can majorly annoy them. Her similarity to Macchiato always lead to many thinking the two are related somehow, but the two deny this.

On the field, she is an incredibly fast special attacker, again rivalling that of Ristretto. This speed and her ability to fire from long distances render her almost invincible. However, she is virtually worthless when in the need of close combat, which can be quite troublesome when she runs out of ammo from her feathers. She has a few tricks up her sleeves though, and like Macchiato, has an intense amount of determination that increases her ATK and DEF.

Affogato
Gender - Male
Type - German Modena Pigeon

Affogato is also a very kid-hearted pigeon who loves to lend a hand to others. He's always there and happy to help, and would go absolute great lengths to make sure someone is OK. However, he can be quite the worrywart, and if something doesn't go right he'll often spend days upon days worrying about that particular situation until he sees that it is solved somehow. However, unlike Mocha he is not so soft, and can take more hits than her in regards to being pushed around by many seeking to abuse his friendship. However, when it comes to extremely close friends like the gang, he'll do almost anything they wish for him to do. Almost. He is best friends with Mocha, although man speculate that they could seriously be more than just friends.

On the field, Affogato is extremely similar to Mocha, being a very tanky pigeon with a decently high special range. He also enjoys cheering on for others, but unlike Mocha, he does not gain their stat boosts.

Ristretto
Gender - Male
Type - Capuchin Red Pigeon

At a young age, he had to get a robotic leg and talons due an attempt to escape from an armed resident's house. Since then, he has been a combat mastermind, is ALWAYS aware of his surroundings, and is constantly alert. Despite all this, he isn't nearly as energised as Expresso always is. He's practically the lone hero archetype, and always prefers to fight alone and by his own rules when in combat. Although proven to be extremely annoying to the others, particularly Expresso, no one complains about it cause he gets the job done quick and slick. He also tends to have a very big ego because he personally believes that the accident has made him a much more heroic and amazing person, and always believes that he's the best at doing everything, much to everyone's annoyance. Despite this, he can be quite humble and nice if the one he's with is someone he respects and vice versa, being most of his friends.

In the battlefield, Ristretto is the most experienced and powerful, surpassing everyone with his high offences and very good defences and speed. He can take down many enemies with one fowl swoop, and his metallic leg also helps benefit him a lot, being MUCH more sharper and durable than a regular pigeon's talons. However, his health bar is mediocre, and he can be knocked out after a few shots. He doesn't have anything up his sleeves when it comes to increasing a stat, because he feels like he's too good for that.

I didn't include 1 stars cause I believe they are above one stars, but if so it would've been aqua or something.

What are their moves though? Well, I'll think up that... maybe hahaha. For now, it's mostly based on them scratching, pecking, shooting out feathers from their wings (which normal pigeons can't do but HEY what else are ya gonna do?)
