It's kinda my own version of the Power Ponies Mane 6. Ya feel me? Also i tried my best on names

Shadow Mare (Twilight Sparkle): In a alternative ending, Sombra escaped the Blast from the Crystal Heart and was inside of Twilight to protect himself. Ever since that, Twilight kept seeing Sombra in her dreams, mirrors and even reflections and her own shadow. Things got worse when her eyes, horn and hair changed. Even her cutie mark. She hidden herself in her room and had a coversation with Sombra. After a while, she lost all her magic and all she can do is use dark magic. During her out of control dark magic crissis. She actually saved her own friends from various incidents. When her friends told Spike what happened and Twilight heared it, she decided to control her dark magic and soon got the hold of it, with confidence she showed her friends, the princesses and her brother who she is currently. It got well and soon after some hero actions, she became Shadow Mare. Oh! And the moment she got wings stayed the same (Yes Magical Mystery Cure was the same)

Flutter Web/Spider Shy/Spider-Mare (Fluttershy): Not much to explain, it's pretty much the same. She got bit by a radioactive spider and she became the one and only Spider Mare. That's all. However when during one of her fights agaist villians, Angel ended up losing his life and that caused a Heartbreak for Fluttershy. Discord did a favor and revived him, using his chaos magic to fuse Angel with a Star Spider. And Angel was Spider-Bun.

Rainbow Jam (Applejack): It was in the middle of Zap Apple Season, one Zap Apple was radioactive for some reason (Mabye it was dumped in toxic waste or something by Flim and Flam for sabotage or something) but when Applejack took a bite, things ended up very wrong. She got headaches and stomachaches. Due to that, Braeburn had to take her place. As time went on, AJ's hair began to change into a rainbow color, similar to Dash's. Eventually after she recovered, she decided to take a stroll but before she knew it, she had powers to summond and control jam liquid. She can even make herself some wings (Similar to Lapis Lazuli from Steven Universe). She soon became herself known as Rainbow Jam

Speed Pie/Flash Pie (Pinkie Pie): Pinkie Pie faced a accident by a unexpected lightning bolt by Derpy. She did apolegize and Pinkie was fine with it, but before she can head back, she ended up all the way to Storm King's Island. She ran away only to end up all the way to Rainbow Falls. She wonders what's wrong but noticed her hair has a yellow lightning like detail and she grew wings. It was surprising and wonders what mix was in the cloud but she decided to head all around Equestria for 1 hour. She knew Twilight, Fluttershy and Applejack became Super Heroes so she became a hero herself.

Change Dash (Rainbow Dash): Rainbow Dash found a Changeling Gem and she uses it to disguise as other ponies. Sometimes for pranks. However not all is fun and games. Because after using it to much, she became half changeling. The gem was stuck on her body, unable to remove the gem and she was stuck like this. However with this, she managed to get robbers be tricked to head to jail. So at least a good thing came out of it

Purple Crystal (Rarity): Not much for her, she found a Purple Ring, she wore it for her horn, thinking it was fabolous and soon can do similar powers to when she was in the Power Ponies Comic, only this time with her horn, her hair got small details of magenta or pink and she was fine with it.
