Yup. If someone asys something really perverted to me at school, I often turn my iPod on... and ilsten to a LP song, focusing erally hard. It's reallt distrancing. Otherwise, can read my distracing notebook.

I have 2 notebooks.
My large A4 sized one is filled with stories, storoes, story plots, story ideas, etc.
My small one... When I have a really amusing thought, I write the amusing thought in the notebook. That makes me stop laughing. Then, when I read the note again, the laughter gets.... ranimated. It's really useful.
