Fallen Angel By Victoria 6-19-14
I am a fallen angel,
Ridden of beauty and grace.
I leapt from the beauty of heaven,
into this world of disgust and disgrace.
I am a fallen angel,
with my dark shadowed wings.
I used to shout sweet praises,
now no one hears me sing.
My eyes once bright and blue,
are now as black as my soul.
The halo of gold I used to wear,
is tarnished, bent and old.
I am a fallen angel,
once a child of the light.
Now I spend eternity
in a place blacker than night.
