bio: ruler of Dulock who wanted to marry a princess and get rid of all fairytale creatures only for him to be eaten by a dragon and died only hes mysteriously ressurected

personality: he may come off as goofy but he is evil and a xenophobic hypocrite and even as a ghost tried to remarry the princess even after knowing about her curse hes also terrified of dragons after the inncedent
