This is sexy in a way that's hard to describe, but I'll try.
He seems as if he's looking at the camera in a challenging way - and with his hands being behind his head - it reminds me of being "frisked" by a police officer. So while he's challenging someone/something - he's also withdrawn and unable to do anything about the threat he's projecting.
