Nice mist - was that added in PS? Doesn't look like M3D fog.
Excellent detail, a real treasure hunt. Looks like people being chucked off the tower-bridge thing at bottom left corner, complete with crowd of observers.
The grainy sky also adds a nice ominous feel.

No, the mist is from Mandelbulb3D, in photoshop I just tuned colors and contrast, added the sky and the row of lights up there
