This is my take on Maya from Australia, an original character from heathers-visions. She is coming over to serve Imperial Norway in the Neo Dixie wars. So I figured I had to get her all dressed up in Imperial Norwegian uniform. Maya can embrace her inner fascist. Hehehe.
